BRONZE+ Two preventative maintenance visit per year scheduled at a time convenient to you. Other visits to be charged at current labour and travel rates. Parts used are charged for at a competitive price.
SILVER One preventative maintenance visit per year scheduled at a time convenient to you. Unlimited additional call-outs at no cost to attend breakdowns unless machine is beyond economical repair. Parts used to be charged for at competitive price.
SILVER+ Two preventative maintenance visits per year scheduled at a time convenient to you. Unlimited additional call-outs at no cost to attend breakdowns unless machine is beyond economical repair. Parts used to be charged for at competitive price.
GOLD One preventative maintenance visit per year schedule at a time convenient to you. Unlimited additional call-outs at no cost to attend breakdowns. Parts used to repair equipment are free of charge unless machine is beyond economical repair. (Please see exclusions in section 3 of terms and conditions).
GOLD+ Two preventative maintenance visits per year scheduled at a time convenient to you. Unlimited additional call-outs at no cost to attend breakdowns. Parts used to repair equipment are free of charge unless machine is beyond economical repair. (Please see exclusions in section 3 of terms and conditions).
CERTIFICATION One or two certification visits per year to ensure that instrument performance is meeting published specifications. Andrews Laboratory Services use certification equipment traceable to national standards.
SAFETY CHECK For Centrifuges One visit per year to undertake a safety check to confirm that the instrument interlocks and safety systems are functioning correctly.
WORKSHOP REPAIRS Andrews Laboratory Services offers a workshop repair option for small bench top centrifuges. Please contact us if you are interested in using this service.
ROTOR INSPECTIONS Rotor inspections are carried out during routine service visits if requested. This is a no cost option for contract customers. Andrews Laboratory Services is happy to carry out rotor inspections for non-contract customers. Please contact us if you require a quotation for this service.
INSTRUMENT COMMISSIONING Please contact us if you require a quotation for instrument installation or commissioning.
SERVICE WITHOUT A CONTRACT We realise that some customers do not require regular service visits and therefore do not need a service contract. We are happy to offer customers the same standard of service on a ‘call-out’ basis for both breakdowns and preventative maintenance visits. Work will be charged at the current hourly rate.
